Actually this work has to be done by CCB, but unfortunately they don't have time to improve the city or city traffic. the corporate are buys filling their pockets.... Vehicle drivers are also responsible for bad traffic sense. Zebra crossing , cat eys bus bay. marked on roads will make no difference at all , unless the citizens of belgaum change their behaviour and think smartly . I wish all the school are doing their bit by teaching all the young students about the traffic rules & sense of driving, since they are the future of belgaum city & India. We as a citizen of belgaum should come together & make up small group of community & start developing small area to improve the city.
