AAB caught up with Mr.Satish Giri, Managing Director of Lotus Landmarks India Pvt. Ltd and spoke to him and tried to know more about their project.
How has been the journey of Lotus County so far in Belagavi?
Satish Giri —– >Lotus County being a unique concept of gated community with emphasis on security and comfort of the residents was looked at with very high expectations in the town. Since the launch of the project there was a tremendous curiosity and hope from the project. We lived up to those expectations and have delivered the best concept. Our Villas are ready and occupied. First tower is going in possession soon. Gated communities shall take a decade or more to catch in Belgaum. The one above and the other are not having buyers in a difficult market.
