After feeding successfully for over two years and brainchild of Le Cordon Bleu alumni Ajay Ahuja (who also manned Theobroma’s kitchen for three years) has expanded his Wild Sugar Patisserie & Cafe to Aundh, Pune.
The cafe will wow you with its savoury treats as much as it does with its desserts.
One can treat yourself to some stunning salads, snacks that can double up as meals, refreshing beverages and a range of desserts that’ll induce midnight cravings.
Speaking to AAB, Ajay Ahuja said, “Everybody begins business in a big city and after succeeding there they come to small town. I wanted to do the other way round, and Pune is the nearest tier one city which is growing in all aspect every day, hence I chose Pune as my 2nd branch.”
The Pune outlet will serve some lip smacking and unique products like Koshimbhir Salad, Banana Passion fruit and Caramel Mousse, Almond & Orange Parfait.
Adding further Ajay mentioned that, “ It has been a very good experience here with the people of Belagavi till now. I have got very good feedback and response for the products which I have been serving now past two and half years. Yes sometimes I had to face some difficulties to push few of my innovations.”
He plans another outlet in Tilakwadi by 2017.
