Vice President of the Indian National Congress party and the Chairperson of the Indian Youth Congress Rahul Gandhi will address a public rally in Belgaum city on February 15, 2014.
He will address a rally at CpEd ground on Club road at 10 AM.
He will be in Karnataka for two days from February 15. Rahul will address a rally in Belgaum on February 15 and also interact with general public on the same day.
