Under the transportation section there is mention about Airport

Besides Belgaum airport, the nearest airport is Hubli airport. (Never understood what this means)

to a lay man it means both the airports are running commercial flights whereas that is not the truth, only Hubli is operational.

Under education, no mention of the VTU is made nor GIT all medical colleges with more emphasis to the KLE’s colleges is seen.

  1. at last belgaum did`n able to atract a single project,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

    whom to blame,,,,,,,,,,,,,????????????????

    as of 03/06/2010,

  2. KLE’s name is mentioned just because Kore is a BJP prominent member. No name of VTU, new Vidhan Soudha, Belgaums History, etc . . . . BSY is least intreasted to support Belgaum into IT Domain.

If things were really fine and supported by Govt, then today Kolhapur and Hubli would not have over taken Belgaum in Hydrulics and Machinary Manufacturing.

I think only the youth can raise the word with the govt, asking them the Qns and making the Govt act to what we want.

  3. wonder why GIT has not mention….think state always neglects Belgaum….even in case of collecting details
