Charges framed in explosion case

The Market police station has framed charges against accused in the chlorine cylinder explosion near Bhatkande School Shahpur on Tuesday.
The purchaser Padmavati Chemicals, Udyambag, the seller Laxmi Chemiclas Honaga, Tata ace driver Talwar and the owner of the Tata Ace have been booked under various sections of the IPC
and 
The Explosive Substances Act, 1908.

The IPC section include 304 Punishment for culpable homicide not amounting to murder, 326 Voluntarily causing grievous hurt by dangerous weapons or means, 386 Extortion by putting a person in fear of death or grievous hurt, 337 Causing hurt by act endangering life or personal safety of others, 427 Mischief causing damage.
It may be recalled that two persons lost their life in this explosion and several others were inujured when the cylinder containing the liquid Chlorine exploded which was being transported from Honaga to Udyambag.
