TiE, Hubli Chapter in association with KLS-IMER is arranging an interaction with Mr.Kanwal Rekhi, an internationally recognized Technology Wizard, Entrepreneur from US & an Angel Investor on the topic “Scaling up Business via Networking & Mentoring” on Saturday the 23rd January 2016 between 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at KLS IMER for the benefit of Entrepreneurs, Practitioners, Consultants, Academic fraternity and Business Community of Belagavi in total.
Networking with the right people and getting mentoring support from the right mentors at right time is critical for every new enterprise to scale-up, expand and grow. Mr. Kanwal Rekhi, the founding member of TiE (The IndUS Entrepreneurs) will share his rich entrepreneurial experience with the Business community of Belagavi which will help them in scaling-up, expanding and growing their Business.
Mr. Kanwal Rekhi, an IIT alumnus, who went on to obtain a masters & Ph.D. from Michigan Tech. in USA, built top notch listed companies in the US. He has also been a very successful venture capitalist with a fortune estimated to be in the hundreds of millions of Dollars. Yet, he found time to co-found TiE and spent countless hours to mentor and foster entrepreneurship in the US and in India. He was recently in Delhi along with other successful entrepreneurs of US to offer his views / advice to our Prime Minister Modi on the “Start-up India” campaign.
