We asked Sudhir, Why online store when others have failed in Belagavi?
Failures are part of life, If one thinks he will fail before he begins, he wont be successful, Risks have to be taken and I have taken one. Other might have failed due the ROI issue but I am here to stay and serve the people of Belagavi and Khanapur.
Sudhir further added
We have just begun and with time we will add Home made products to our stable which we think is the biggest untapped market. If we can give good quality home made products such as pickles, Papads or maslas, the customer will always want to come back to us. Currently we are in a phase where we are identifying such Women self help groups which make good quality products and we would assure them a good market.
Online ordering is just one more avenue, so that people staying away could easily buy goods at their convenience, they also have the WahtsApp numbers where the order can be sent and they would deliver it.
In a place like Khanapur where net penetration for online buying is less, WhatsApp can work for us and same is the case here, where elders who may not be able to book it online can send us the list of goods required and we will dispatch them.
