Urban Development Minister Vinay Kumar Sorake answering to queries said that the road widening in the city will have to be taken up only after the residents and occupants are taken into confidence and sufficient compensation in form of TDR, alternate space or monetary compensation is paid.
For any development in the city the residents will have to be taken into confidence and only with the co-operation the roads can be widened.
As per law compensation in form of TDR for the partial loss or incase if the entire space is to be acquired then alternate land has to be Allotted.
Citizens on Bauxite road were not at all taken into confidence?
Ministers will just talk no action.even if lands were legally purchases and were paid to BUDA
s earlier old plan is shown some map and now 2021 plan in different.they cannot make changes in the plan.hence correct compensation has to be given before carrying out master plan
this is the same story of india, if so we can improve or develop. If it is legal compensation should be if not?
The statement made by minister is either bogus or corporation is cheating public by telling no compensation as per the rules and they are giving it only to powerful people only, the houses and shops of helpless people are demolished without waiting for even one minute It nothing but” ADMINISTRATIVE TERRORISM”.Only god has to save people.
