In keeping with its high traditions and standards, Indianeye Security Pvt Ltd (ISL) is pleased to announce the passing out of its next batch of 150 Special Police Officers (SPO’s) after a rigorous and gruelling schedule on 04 Oct 2014 at the ISL Institute of Homeland Security, Belgundi, Dist. Belgaum, Karnataka. ISL is the first Private Professional Training Institute in the country to have trained over 242 Lady Special Police Officers (SPO’S). This is the 7th Batch of Maharashtra Security Force which finished their training today & will be deployed for securing various critical National and State Infrastructure. Col. Kirpal Singh NCC Group Commander, Belgaum was the Chief Guest on the occasion of the Passing out Parade.
The Maharashtra Security Force (MSF) being trained at the Indianeye Institute of Homeland security is a premier State Force raised under the Maharashtra State Act No VI of 2010 for Security of Government establishments, Important institutions, various vital Installations , such as Public sector Undertakings, Ports, Nuclear and other Power stations etc, as well as when required for Commercial establishments.
These 150 SPO’s have undergone a very stringent and rigorous schedule of six weeks including outdoor and night training, comparable to nine months of normal training anywhere. This Parade marks the culmination of their training to show case their high standards of Drill, Discipline and Professional Skills.
ISL is a Multi Skilled and Multi-disciplinary Training Organisation. It provides bespoke training across the entire spectrum of Homeland Security. It is also affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) to conduct specific training for their students. ISL is also the first qualified centre in India for International Certification of its training by IQ (Industry Qualifications) one of the top Qualification Regulators of UK, thus considerably enhancing employability of its candidates at National & International level.
ISL is also affiliated with the Security Sector Skill development council (SSSDC) as a training partner under the aegis of National Skill Development Council (NSDC) to provide training and Up skilling to the youth. ISL is also ready to provide training and placement to Rural Youth under the Central Government and State Government sponsored Ajeevika scheme.
The training Facilities available include Weapon firing simulator, Two live shooting Ranges of 50 mtr each for Police, Govt agencies and licensed individuals, Facilities for Psychological and personality profiling of the trainees, Counter IED Simulator, a 60ft high, slithering and abseiling tower, Room and Building Intervention facility, State of Art security and access control systems, with the facilities of CCTV monitoring a 150 acre campus with a large outdoor training area including offensive driving, Combat obstacle course, an Industrial obstacle course, Unarmed combat, and two sided live tactical training. A high standard of Boarding and Lodging is available. The Institute also has a full-fledged dispensary, 24hr Para Medic and Ambulance.
