A citizens’ portal has been created for inclusion/ modification/ deletion of names from the rolls. All those who will attain the age of 18 as on 01-01-2014 can enroll their names.
Last date for registration/modification/deletion is 29 November 2013.

Register and then once you get the login info to your mail enter your details in the prescribed form. You will also be asked to upload a photo online and there is a guideline page which is fair enough to help you.
After submitting your form 6 online you will have to Sign and Send the ERO/AERO Copy with supporting Documents to the Following Postal Address:
Belgaum Rural – Assistant Commissioner, Belgaum Sub-Division, Belgaum.
Belgaum Uttar and Dakshina- Commissioner, City Corporation Belgaum,
Lodge a complaint regarding non receipt of Voters card etc or call 1950.
