Ramadas Kamath, Eexecutive Vice-President and Head of Infrastructure and Sustainability at Infosys, said the company would add new facility at Belgaum(now Belagavi) which would be operational over the next 15-18 months.
This is part of the story published on Economic Times.
Infosys already has made allocations to buy land in Hubballi. KEONICS had proposed to set up IT Park in Belagavi to cater to the IT units, particularly the small and medium enterprises but nothing concrete has turned out. The Desur IT park is now made open for other industries as no one was interested in setting up a IT facility there.
AAB has tried to contact Infosys on the same but we haven’t received any reply as of now.
