The Belagavi health department is not leaving any stone unturned to manage the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Administration has identified several non-air-conditioned hotels which will be converted into quarantine centres.

In the first phase, 4 hotels have been identified and they have been told to be ready from April 1.

As of now, the hotels have not been taken over by the administration but notices pertaining to the same have been sent to all of them.

As per the sources, the state government will pay the room and food for the patients in quarantine. The hotels have been directed to use disposable cutlery.

All these hotels will not have air-conditioning facilities, as recommended by health professionals.

Excellent work. But tbh I’m hoping and praying they’ll never have to be used.
Kudos and thank you to those in charge.

Be safe and stay blessed people ?
