On Tuesday, the Belagavi Police have registered 5 cases for violation of the KARNATAKA EPIDEMIC DISEASES ACT, 2020 (KEDA) act.
The cases have been registered as a few shops were open even when they fall under the non essential cateogry and a few for not following covid protocol.
Also today 20 vehicles seized and 290 without mask cases booked.

Bakery- KB road
Electric shop – Raviwar peth
Bakery shop – Deshpande galli
Mobile shop- Yendekoot,college road
On Monday KEDA cases on 8 Fruit shops at Fruit market, 1 Chicken Center in Navigalli & on 1 Mutton centre in Azaad nagar. Investigation is on in Malmaruthi PS & Shahapur PS.
