[box_light]43 orphans which also include HIV+ affected children of the Aadhar orphanage run by Mahesh Foundation at Kanbargi are on the verge of being orphaned again.[/box_light]
The orphanage is run in a house in Kanbargi and in June 2010 an agreement was signed on behalf of the owner and Mahesh Foundation for buying the said house as a permanent structure for the orphanage. A sum of Rs.5 lakhs was paid to the owner of the house as an advance and the remaining Rs.4 lakhs were to be paid in three months.
Now the owner has asked Mahesh foundation to pay the remaining Rs.4 lakhs by August 9, 2011 or vacate the said premises as there is a new party interested in buying the property.
The kids inside are really not aware of the storm infront of them. Mahesh foundation and Aadhar was a life saver for them and now if the Rs.4 Lakh are not paid they will be orphaned again.
The foundation says the owner has the complete rights to ask for his money but the foundation is not able to gather funds of Rs.4 Lakhs at such a short notice.
The children are still not aware of the storm and are playing and studying as they used to do earlier.
