UPDATE @1230: Toll collection has been stopped at all locations. Details awaited. The activists of KNNP blackened the words on the naka and toll collection was stopped.But after an hour the toll collection was presumed. 
The Cantonment board “License fees” on commercial vehicles has begun from today. At four points in the city all commercial vehicles will have to pay a toll (“License fees” as said by Cantonment).
No toll would be levied on Autos and vehicles carrying agricultural produce.
The toll fixed for different vehicles are as follows:
Private buses Rs 20
Private trucks Rs 20
Mini commercial vehicles Rs 15
Three-wheelers Rs 15
Tractor and tailors carrying goods Rs 15
Tempos Rs 10.
The fee would be valid for a day.
Seen today morning and the people collecting toll are chasing the vehicles as many of them are unaware ;P

Toll taxes are collected all over India
