FIR Against 12 Who Stripped And Thrashed Woman

The Kakati Police have filed a First Information Report (FIR) against twelve individuals, including four women, under various sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). The accused have been charged with offenses under sections 307 (Attempt to murder), 143 (Unlawful assembly), 341 (Wrongful restraint), 452 (Trespass), and other relevant sections of the IPC. Additionally, the police have invoked the Prevention of Destruction and Loss of Property Act against the accused. The individuals involved in the case have been identified as Basappa Rudrappa, Raju, Kempanna, Parvati, Yallappa, Lakkappa, Gangavva, Sangeeta, Pradeep, Santhosh, Shobha, and Lakkavva. While all four women accused have been remanded to judicial custody, the others are expected to be presented before the court today.
