Friday COVID19 Update: 14 samples Negative out of 15 sent

Deputy Commissioner Dr.SB Bommanhallli said that as on Friday no CVOID-19 positive case is there in Belagavi district.

Out of the total 15 samples sent for testing to lbs in Bengaluru and Shivamogga the results of 14 are negative and one result is awaited.

The DC urged the people to stay at home and help fight the virus.

The govt has taken stringent action so that the spread of the virus can be stopped. Citizens must not heed to any kind of rumors and believe in the official information shared.

The lockout period is to continue until April 14 and people are requested to stay at home and only venture out for the shortest time to buy the essentials.

Still people in many places are going for morning walks and evening strolls which has to be stopped.

The police are issuing passes for the essential service providers and many restaurants have commenced their home delivery services.

The APMC and HOPCOM have started mobile vegetables vans which would visit all the 58 wards in the city and supply the vegetable at the doorstep.

  1. I hope those mobile vehicles selling fruits and vegetables come in the evenings as well. Bins/baskets are as good as empty in reliance smart and more. Plus now the street vendors are scared to sell. God help us all.
    Thanks for the update @editor.

Be safe and stay blessed people 🙏
