A 50-year-old man who had returned from Maharashtra to his native village of Kattanbhavi in Belagavi Taluka passed away at the Civil hospital this morning.
He was quarantined as per norms and then was released but as he developed health issues he was admitted to Civil hospital where he breathed his last.
Five other returnees from Maharashtra from the same village have tested positive earlier.
The throat swabs of the person were taken on Friday but he died before the results could come.
As per doctors, he did not show any symptoms of Coronavirus and a heart attack could have been the reason for the death.
