As the last vote would be cast in the 85 odd constituencies tomorrow at 5pm, the exit poll results conducted by AllAboutBelgaum will be declared. The EC has given permission to declare the results, as the polling in all stages will be complete by tomorrow.

Poll expenditure Congress spends more
The official poll expenditure of candidates has started trickling in. In Belgaum Lok Sabha constituency, the BJP candidate Suresh Angadi spent more than Rs 17 lakh compared to Rs 17.8 lakh spent by Congress rival Amarsinh Patil but both well within the Rs 25 lakh election commission cap.
