There is some good news Belgaum would be back on the flying map, once Spicejet commences its flights from November 22,2012 as per its website.
The Spicejet website is showing Belgaum in its booking form from Nov 22, how ever Belgaum is not seen in its schedule.
The flight SG3302 Belgaum to Bangalore will depart from Belgaum at 0850 and arrive at 0935 and the price indicated is Rs.3193.
The Bangalore to Belgaum flight SG3301 will depart from Bangalore at 0740 and reach Belgaum at 0830 and ticket price is Rs.3445.
When we contacted Spicejet we got old answer when we are ready with a new route it will be told.
At the airport, the office of Spicejet is not yet ready as the one cabin still has not been vacated by KF.
The same flight will also connect to Chennai from Belgaum and would reach Chennai at 1220 by taking the connection flight of spicejet from Bangalore at 1130.
Good that Belgaum is re-connected to Bengaluru. The site also shows connections to Chennai via Bangalore.
So Belgaum now has connections to Bangalore and Chennai in the morning.
And Hubli has connections to Bangalore in the evening.
Good for this region.

What about
Mumbai-Hubli & Mumbai-Belgaum atleast one of these should materilize or a hopping flight would suffice.
There should be flight from Belgaum to Mumbai also. It’s very crucial.
