14-year-old Apoorva Arun Boras from Vadgaon, Belagavi, is fighting a battle no child should ever have to face — blood cancer (Pre-B ALL). She is currently undergoing treatment at KLE’s Dr. Prabhakar Kore Hospital.
Her father, Arun Boras, is a weaver and also works part-time as a driver to support the family. In the fight to save his daughter, he has already spent all his savings and has now stopped regular work to stay beside her during treatment. The family is going through severe financial hardship.
Every hospital visit, medicine, test, and treatment session is becoming difficult to manage. Yet, the family continues to hold on to hope that their daughter will recover and return to a normal childhood.
