The Belagavi Urban Development Authority (BUDA) has officially announced an online e-auction of residential plots located in Sahyadri Nagar (Scheme No. 47) and Kuvempu Nagar (Scheme No. 40) in Belagavi. The auction includes both corner plots and general vacant sites, offering buyers an opportunity to invest in well-developed residential layouts.
Plots Available Under Scheme No. 47 – Sahyadri Nagar
According to the notification, BUDA has put up 78 plots for public auction in Sahyadri Nagar, with plot sizes ranging from approximately 27 sq.m to 376 sq.m. The pricing begins at ₹29,100 per sq.m and goes up to ₹32,000 per sq.m, depending on location and plot type.
Special category plots include:
- Corner plots
- Garden-facing plots (+10% additional charge)
- Playground-facing plots (+10%)
- Plots along State Highway (+35%)

Plots Available Under Scheme No. 40 – Kuvempu Nagar
The e-auction also includes 19 plots at Kuvempu Nagar, with plot sizes ranging from 480 sq.ft to 2,400 sq.ft and rates between ₹3,000 and ₹3,300 per sq.ft.
Additional charges include:
- Corner or Park-facing plots: +10%
- State Highway-facing plots: +35%
