In the quiet village of Kodliwada in Yaragatti taluk, a story of resilience, grit, and unwavering ambition has emerged — one that has ignited pride not just in a family but across an entire village.
Born into a humble family, Hanumanthappa Yallappa Nandi‘s life was shaped by hardship. His father, Yallappa, herded sheep, and his mother, Kalavva, worked tirelessly in the fields. The family lived in poverty, with no background in civil services or higher education to draw from. But what they did have was something more powerful—belief. A belief that their son would rise beyond circumstances and that the nation would one day take notice.
That belief has come true.
Hanumanthappa has secured the 910th rank in the prestigious UPSC Civil Services Examination, not merely clearing it but conquering it — and doing so in his eighth attempt. “I’m very happy,” he said. “I’ve written the mains exam three times. I was also preparing for the KPSC. This success, I dedicate to my parents, and to my friends who stood by me like a pillar. I will never forget them.”
Celebrations erupted in his home as the news broke. His father, mother, wife Yashoda, brother Anand — all overwhelmed with joy. The entire village gathered in pride. The boy who once studied in a small government school was now a beacon of hope.
Hanumanthappa’s academic journey is as inspiring as his personal one. He studied from Class 1 to 7 in the Government Higher Primary School in Kodliwada, completed his high school in Sattigeri, and went on to do his PUC at KCD College, Dharwad. He earned his BE in Mechanical Engineering from Gogte Institute of Technology, Belagavi. A government scholarship took him to Delhi for civil services training — a year that laid the foundation for his eventual success. He studied rigorously at reputed coaching centers like Shankara IAS, Insights IAS, and Akka IAS while staying in a modest rented room in Bangalore.
Hanumanthappa dreams of serving the poor and marginalized. He hopes for a post in the Indian Revenue Service or the Indian Railway Service, but he says, “Whichever service I get, I will serve with honesty and dedication.”
In a country where dreams are often buried under the weight of poverty, Hanumanthappa Yallappa Nandi’s story stands tall. It is a reminder that background does not define destiny — determination does.
प्राकृतिक विरासत उसकी जिम्मेदारियां उसकी योग्यता उसकी पहचान कैसे मानवता जीवन को हम लंबा जी सके कोई भी प्राकृतिक ज्ञान कोई भी ias एजुकेशन सिस्टम प्रणाली ना तो इस पर काम करती है. नहीं वह अपनी योग्यताओं को सिद्ध कर पा रही है. आप एनसीआर रहे बेंगलुरु रहे आप दुबई का लेवल 401 Aoq ley रहे हैं इस वजह से मानवता की उम्र अब 35 से 45 हो गई है यह सच्चाई है इस बना रहे हैं वह लोग भी बीमारी से ग्रसित हैं… इस अमीर बने या गरीब बन कोई भी भारत की छवि को नहीं सुधर सकता क्योंकि यह लोग अंदर से डरपोक होते हैं. भारत 70 सालों से गरीब इसलिए है कि यह लोग जब गरीब होते हैं या अमीर होते हैं. और जब यह इस नहीं होते तो इन्होंने सोचा होता है जब हम इस बनेंगे तो भारत देश को अमेरिका दुबई जैसा बनाएंगे और भारत देश की गरीबी मिटा देंगे मगर. ऊंचा पद पा लेने के बाद भारतीय भारतीय लोग गरीब लेवल का हो या अमीर लेवल का यह डबल हो जाते हैं और अपनी विरासत अपनी एजुकेशन सिस्टम प्रणाली अपनी गरीबीता को भूलकर सिर्फ. अपने आप से मतलब रखते हैं इसलिए भारत में लोग आज भी गरीबों के स्तर में जी रहे हैं और गरीबी का स्तर ऐसे नहीं मिटाया जा सकता अवहेलना होती है भारत का श्रम मंत्रालय. Ias अधिकारी की वजह से भारत गरीब है क्योंकि भारत को मजदूर को उसका पूर्ण वेतन फैक्ट्री कंपनियों में नहीं मिलता भारतीय मालिक अपने मजदूर का खाकर अपना घर चला रहे हैं…. इस कितने भी बन जाओ नेचर प्राकृतिक के मामले में रोड सेफ्टी के मामले में नालों की साफ सफाई के मामले में हमारी प्रकृति की की विचारधारा के मामले में जम्मू कश्मीर से तमिलनाडु एजुकेशन सिस्टम प्रणाली किसी भी लेवल पद की हो सब फेल है… भारत कभी भी अमेरिका दुबई कनाडा नहीं बन सकता क्योंकि यहां पर आईएएस अधिकारी नेताओं के गुलाम है.. अगर भारत देश में बच्चों को अच्छे लेवल पर ले जाना चाहिए तो इस को जवान मूवी से सीख लेते हुए एक अपना संगठन बनाना होगा… देश के अंदर गलत काम करने वालों का खात्मा करना होगा.. क्योंकि अब टेक्नोलॉजी वाले इस आ रहे हैं काम ऐसा करना कि मानवता बची रहे और सबूत भी ना रहे… मगर यह सब फिल्मी बातें हैं इसलिए मैं बार-बार कहना गलत नहीं होगा कि भारतीय लोग की सोच विरासत ❤️ जब तक अपने घर पर दुख ना आए दूसरे का दुख होने नहीं दिखाई देता” . यह ias बन का कुछ नहीं उखाड़ पाएंगे
