No New Vande Bharat Trains from Pune, Clarifies Railways

Amidst social media buzz and political posts claiming the launch of four new Vande Bharat trains from Pune, railway authorities have issued a clear denial. Officials from the Central Railway and Pune Division have confirmed that no such proposals have been approved or communicated by the Railway Board, Source: Punekar News (www.punekarnews.in)

Padmasinh Jadhav, Additional Divisional Railway Manager (ADRM) of Pune Division, stated, “No formal communication has been received regarding any new Vande Bharat trains. Any such announcements will be officially advised when approved.”

Adding to the clarification, Swapnil Nila, Chief Public Relations Officer (CPRO) of Central Railway, reiterated, “At present, Central Railway does not have any information about operating any new Vande Bharat train. Verified updates will be shared with media and the public as and when they are available.”

Hemant Kumar Behera, PRO of Pune Division, mentioned that he had reached out to several media outlets requesting corrections to the misinformation being circulated. “We’ve urged media houses to update their reports as this news is not confirmed by railway officials. It’s important for public awareness that only verified information is shared,” he said.

As of now, there are no official plans to start Vande Bharat trains from Pune to destinations like Shegaon, Vadodara, Secunderabad, or Belagavi. The Railways has urged both the public and media to rely solely on official announcements made through authorized channels.
