The Board of Directors of Aequs Limited has formally recognised Rajeev Kaul, Managing Director, as a Co-Founder of the company, acknowledging his pivotal role in building and scaling Aequs since the start of its manufacturing operations.
Announcing the decision, Aravind Melligeri, Founder, Executive Chairman, and CEO of Aequs Limited, stated that Rajeev Kaul has been a key partner in shaping the company from its inception. He noted that Kaul led operations through multiple challenges while helping realise Aequs’ long-term vision, adding that the company’s growth would not have been possible without his sustained contribution.
Rajeev Kaul has played a central role in establishing India’s first integrated aerospace manufacturing ecosystem. He has also contributed significantly to the development of the Koppal Toy Cluster and guided the growth of the consumer ecosystem at the Hubballi Durable Goods Cluster, including Aequs’ entry into the consumer electronics segment. In addition, he serves on the boards of Aequs’ joint venture companies.
