Yasir Narsadi, 19, was arrested after being caught by locals hurling stones at the Ashwathama Temple in Pangul Galli on the night of April 7.
According to police, Narsadi is mentally unstable and has been undergoing psychiatric treatment.
This is the second such incident involving him in less than a month. On the night of March 19, he was arrested for a similar act of vandalism at the same temple.
Narsadi is currently out on bail for the earlier offence.
If he is mentally unstable why is he out on bail and freely roaming on streets.. ??? Why didn’t his community or his parents put him in mental hospital.. ???
