Tiger Shourya, aged 12 to 13 years of Kittur Rani Channamma Mini Zoo, Bhutaramanahatti, Belagavi suffering from complex concurrent infection due to Mycoplasma, Cytauxzonosis and Babesiosis succumbed today morning at 9.40 am.
The tiger was treated for the above diseases for the last 21 days in consultation with wildlife veterinary experts.
Detailed postmortem examination was conducted and the body has been disposed of as per the guidelines.
