Widespread Rain: Holiday Declared for Schools and Colleges in Belagavi and Khanapur Taluks

In view of heavy rainfall across the region, Belagavi Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Roshan has announced a holiday on June 25 for all Anganwadi centers, as well as government, aided, and unaided primary schools, high schools, and pre university colleges in Belagavi and Khanapur taluks.

The decision was taken to ensure the safety of students and staff amidst continued downpours.

Yes since Vande Bharat train has started we have found it quite convenient to travel to Poona from Belgavi and vice versa avoiding the hassels of the golden quadrilateral Highway ????️ which is under work everywhere especially the Karad Satara road which consumes 2-3 hours of travel journey as on ordinary days it’s just an half an hour patch
