The Belagavi smart city limited has floated a Restricted tender for the –
Implementation of Multi-Level Car Parking-cum-Commercial Development at Bapat Galli, Belagavi, Karnataka (Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) Basis Through Public Private Partnership (PPP)
Implementation of Multi-Utility Facilitation Centre cum Commercial Development Mahantesh Nagar, Belagavi, Karnataka, (Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) Basis Through Public Private Partnership (PPP)).
Both the multi level car parking center would be under (Design, Build, Finance, Operate and Transfer (DBFOT) Basis Through Public Private Partnership (PPP).
As in 2012
THREE different multi level car parking were planned –
One at current car parking at Bapat Galli (Ramdev Galli), Second one is proposed at Sardar Ground and Third is proposed at Khanjar Galli.
Now Smart city has floated for Bapat Galli and Mahantesh Nagar.
The dream project of building a multi level car parking at the Bapat Galli car parking seems to have met an dead end as the Bell Fluid Mumbai, the company which was awarded the tender has written to the Belagavi city corporation that due to the implementation of GST it will not be feasible to construct the project in the 4.7 crores.
The cost of the tender was 4.7 crores for the Hydraulic System Multi Level Car Parking system.
Exact details of the project are however not available as of now as and when we get it we will share the same.
