The entry of large vehicles into the Rani Chennamma Circle area will be restricted on November 1st. Seating arrangements for the public have been organized by the Corporation on the four roads surrounding Chennamma Circle.
Strict Guidelines on Noise and Prohibited Items
Organizers have been strictly instructed to ensure a peaceful celebration by adhering to several regulations:
- Loud Music: Compliance with the Supreme Court order prohibiting the use of loud music after 10:00 PM is mandatory.
- Banned Equipment: The use of plasma music systems and laser lights is strictly prohibited during the celebration.
- Public Comfort: Given the presence of small children, women, and the elderly at Chennamma Circle, organizers are requested to avoid excessively loud music to ensure the atmosphere remains pleasant.

Organizers bringing the ‘Roopaka Vahanas’ (tableau vehicles) are requested to limit their time at Rani Chennamma Circle to only ten minutes before immediately moving onto Kakatives Road. The public is also urged not to go too close to the vehicles to prevent accidents and to cooperate fully with police instructions.
The police department confirmed that an Anti-Stabbing Squad will be deployed. Officers will be equipped with Alco-Breath Analyzers and Narcotic Checking Kits.
The Commissioner issued a strong warning that strict legal action will be taken against anyone found consuming alcohol or cannabis (Ganja) and attempting to create any disturbance during the festival.
