Bittoo: Someone has sarcastically and humourously, although with a deep concern pointed out in Allaboutbelgaum.com as to how these potholes are allowed to emerge again and again, and how the hapless taxpayer silently watches his/her hard earned money is going down the drains due sheer bad designs and sub standard quality of works some unscrupulous elements Bapu.
Bapu: I agree Bittoo.
Bittoo: But, do you know about the number of invisible potholes in the concerned departments Bapu?

This is a citizen-centric new column, wherein the author(Bitto) is an ordinary, politically unaffiliated common man of the city who in his/her inimitable approach takes up various issues with the Bapu’s soul!
