Belgaum is nestled between nature and we are very lucky to be so near to nature. In the monsoons there are many places that can be a great spot for a trip.
The Sundi water falls has water falling from about 50 feet and the sight is awesome. The water depth near the falls is not much hence one can play in the water as well. But be careful as there are huge stones and going to such falls in the monsoons could be a hard time as the water level can rise suddenly due to heavy flow of water.
Even trekking can be done and this falls could be covered as a day trip along with Vaijnath & Mahipalgad.
As these places are not developed one needs to carry along all the food and potable water.
Distance from Belgaum: 27kms
Best season: Monsoons upto December
How to Reach:
From Hindalga Ganapati—-> Sulga—> Shinoli —> Take right Turn to Devaravadi—-> Sri Kshetra Vaijanath——> Mahipalgadh ——-> Sundi Village
Stop your vehicles near the make shift Tea shop and take a Right turn into the fields.
Walk for less than a km through the fields.
Go down the hill on a somewhat difficult terrain with stones (water bed) to see Sundi Falls.
THANKS EDITOR ,HOPE THAT YOU WILL BLOG MANY PIX OF FALLS AND NATURE IN AND AROUND BELGAUM IN FUTURE.

Guys a small request , please do not pollute nearby area by throwing plastic, breaking glass bottles etc. As these place turned into a big garbage.I don’t understand what pleasure people get by breaking glass bottles of liquor.since place is little slippery some people prefer to walk bare foot and its dangerous.also recently when i visited place was full of plastic bags .we need to be little more responsible for all these . carry those waste back and dump at proper place.
