Smart City……??? and Belgaum……???? Empty dreams in the sky…. First let them have good motorable road connectivity, then they can expect productivity and global connectivity. This is a cruel joke on the Belgaum people. Roads are much worse than the village roads, constant load shedding, and what not? Day dreaming….. Belgaum can NEVER become a smart city in its life time……,
Everything is mentioned well in Document. But the people involved in documentation have not mentioned another engineering college i.e S.G.Balekundri Institute of Technology
