Elderly woman raped and murdered at Civil hospital compound

In a shocking incident which has come to light early morning an elderly woman aged 55-60 has been allegedly raped and murdered near the Indira Canteen been constructed inside the Civil hospital premises in Belagavi.

Sources say the woman used to sleep at the Civil hospital premises since a couple of months. The police say she must have been abused and murdered in the night.

Police are investigating the matter.
