“Give me some time; you will soon see the difference,” Mr. Jarkiholi said at the first press meet held in the city after he was appointed as the District inchrage minister. 
The minister agreed that Belgaum was backward when compared to Hbuli-Dharwad.
Priority to boost infrastructure was his main aim and added that that he would solve the drinking water problem in the district.
More Roads and gardens in the city are needed and he promised the same. He also added new flyovers would be built which is the need of the hour.
