Various investors protested demanding their money be returned which was invested in the ZP president Asha Aihole and her husband Prashantrao Aihole’s finance company.
They were protesting infront of the DC office demanding their money be refunded to them.
Protesters alleged that the couple had collected several crores from the public as an investment and was not refunding them their due.
They also said police did not entertain their plea and did not file a complaint as well. Asha Aihole, who had come to attend the general meeting at the zilla panchayat, addressed the protesters. “I resigned as the president of that company seven years ago. Thus I don’t have any relation with this scam,” she said.
