MP Suresh Angadi today visited the two sites on which Railway over bridges have been approved by the centre in 2011 namely Old PB Road and Kapileshwar road.
Angadi interacted with the Railway officials and also Corporation officials and took an over view of the current standing of the project. Angadi in a release has stated that a sum Rs.2 cores of the 11 crores sanctioned by the centre have already been sanctioned by the centre but the State govt is not expediting the release of funds from its side.
The release also states that if work on both bridges is taken up simultaneously it would cause a lot of traffic problems and hence has suggested that the Kapileshwar bridge be completed first and then the work on the Old PB road could be started.
The officials said that approximately the cost of the bridge at Kapileshwar road would be 19 crores and Old PB road would be 50 crores.
dont make the over bridge make the road bigger, keep both side traffic police for helping people , keep ood rule for the all roads of railway gates

Instead of constructing individual bridges for all roads, lift the railway track slowly from station and construct railway bridges for each road (1st Gate, 2nd Gate, 3rd Gate and even 4th Gate – near KLE Engineering college). So that it could save lots of fuel public passing railway track over bridge. This is already made in Bangalore.
