A day long protest which began early morning at the CBT Belagavi by the NWKRTC employees demanding that they be treated as government employees and all benefits that are given to state employees, also be given to them.
This was a statewide protest by the various transport corporations in the state. With buses keeping off the roads the thousands of passengers most of them who had no clue about the protest were left stranded.
With no city bus service as well, the Autos made merry of the opportunity.
No strikes for essentials services like hospitals, medical stores, food stores,electric and water supply,rails,road and air travels shall be allowed through out India
Remove all old workers and take other new persons who want to work on contracts with all conditions undertaking that’s it
No question of strike arises
