HESCOM, the Hubli Electricity Supply Company Limited, has recently introduced two charging stations for electric vehicles at its Railway station Office and office located in Nehru Nagar, Belagavi. This initiative aims to cater to the growing number of electric vehicle owners visiting the HESCOM office, providing them with a convenient and reliable charging solution.
Under the guidance of District Guardian Minister Satish Jarkiholi, this charging scheme has been implemented to facilitate the charging process for drivers. To initiate the charging process, drivers simply need to scan the provided QR code, after which the charging will commence seamlessly.
One of the key advantages of these charging stations is their availability round the clock, as they will remain open 24 hours a day. This ensures that electric vehicle owners can charge their vehicles at any time, without any time constraints.
Furthermore, HESCOM has gone the extra mile by offering this charging facility completely free of charge. Currently, two charging stations have been established, but HESCOM has plans to expand this network in the future, ensuring that more electric vehicle owners can benefit from this service.
