Windshields smashed, music systems stolen from 15 cars in one night

Windshields of as many as 15 cars were smashed and the music system were stolen from Vantmuri colony near Sai mandir Belagavi on Friday night.

The owners said in the past one month in total 22 such incidents have occurred including these 15, where car windshields were smashed and the music systems were stolen.

Some of the cars were parked on the road side and a few even in compounds. The modus operandi of the thieves is similar in all the 22 cases so it can presumed that one single gang is only doing this.

A police complaint has been filed at the MalMaruti Police station.
