Women makes burglars run away

Teresa Fernandes from Ganeshpur-Belgaum, recently showed courage and bravery to kick the burglars out of her house.

At 9.30 p.m. In the night after the door bell rang she was in the kitchen while her husband and daughter were watching television on the first floor.

3 masked men pushed Teresa and one held her pointed a knife and the other two rushed upstairs, hearing the sounds husband locked the upper room.

The robbers were trying to push Teresa to the kitchen and were asking for the valuables. Teresa kicked the robber on his groin and after the robber left her, she immediately let the dogs free and seeing all this the robbers ran away.

Bishop of Belgaum Rev Dr Peter Machado feted Teresa on behalf of Christian community of Belgaum.
