Suhas Chandak won the inaugural Dr. Jayant Deshpande memorial golf tournament held at the BGA (Belgaum Golf Association) Golf course, Desur and Dr. Ishwar Havannavar was the runners-up.
The inaugural tournament was organized in memory of Dr. Jayant Deshpande who himself was a very avid Golfer and loved the sport.
45 participants took it to the greens on the 18 hole, 72 par, 7200 yards Golf Course.
