The 5th edition of the Abhay Patil presents Belgaum international Kite festival began from today January 17 and will end on 20, 2015 at the Angadi Institute of Technology grounds, Savagaon road, Belagavi. Kite flyers from various countries which include Ukraine, Poland, UK, Russia, Estonia, Argentina, Indonesia, Belgium and Malaysia are participating.   Post by All About Belgaum.com.
