  1. Only by suvarna Soudha in belgaum it does not mean the city has improved or by giving 100 crores every year in this 5 years belgaum will get 500 crores. But improvement is very slow as if we got in lacs. Sensation ed amount should be utilized properly. To improve the city the most important is water, current supply and roads gutters and street light should be maintained well. And belgaum should have some large scale industries. Train facility is not so good the work of railway station is very slow to show that there is improvement of station.
