Belgaum kite festival website launched
Belgaum is all ready to host the its first ever international kite festival and a website for the same was launched today by Shri. Vithal Hegde along with Mr.Abhay Patil.
This kite festival is being organised by MLA Abhay Patil on the 16th & 17th January 2011.
