Bittoo: Mobile networks are turning from bad to worse these days and found in a sort of convulsions Bapu?

Bapu: That’s true and most unexpected as it badly affects productivity of those providing services and doing business through internet. So also banking and a host of online services facilitated by government and private institutions.

Bittoo: Yes Bapu! The BSNL’s services are really in worst shape and appears out of its control Bapu.

Bapu: Hummmmm!

Bittoo: Don’t you think these mobile network service providers are virtually looking the happless customers without giving them the promised data 24×7 Bapu?

Bapu: The customer should answer this Bittoo.

Bittoo: Many customers feel that BSNL is not improving quality of its services deliberately. And, do you know the common man cites the example of BSNL whenever he wants to portray inefficient services of an organization Bapu?

Bapu: I don’t know Bittoo.

Bittoo: I am afraid the BSNL is fast growing into a typical white elephant. Bapu?

Bapu: I don’t know Bittoo.

This is a citizen-centric new column, wherein the author(Bitto) is an ordinary, politically unaffiliated common man of the city who in his/her inimitable approach takes up various issues with the Bapu’s soul! Apparently, the interaction between them portrays ironies of sorts encountered by the common man and others in the city in a lighter vein. The author’s name will not be disclosed to the readers as he/she represents the common man of the society. This column aims at creating awareness and sensitising cross sections of our city on various issues of public concern only but in a lighter vein without holding any contempt against any institution or individual.
