RCU and BETGBS have jointly organised The HR Conclave 2012 on 17th and 18th FEBRUARY 2012 at the Foundry Cluster Hall, Udyambag, Belgaum.
It aims at addressing issues in employee engagement that will go a long way in building a successful organization. This 2 day conclave will witness the participation and ideation by a plethora of industry experts, HR professionals and academicians that will enable delegates to gather insights into synergizing company objectives and employee engagement for mutual benefit. Through a series of paper presentations, panel discussions and addressed by eminent resource persons, it brings a whole spectrum of HR talent on a common platform.
