Appointment Of Project Management Consultant For Implementation Of Smart City Mission Projects In Belagavi City
The city of Belagavi has been selected to be developed into a smart city under the first phase of the Smart Cities Mission launched by the MoUD. A special purpose vehicle incorporated to implement the Smart Cities Mission in Belagavi in accordance with the Smart City Proposals named Belagavi Smart city Limited (BSCL)Next to Tilakwadi Police Station,Guruwar Peth,Tilakwadi, Belagavi.
The Smart City Proposals include the application of certain pan-city smart solutions, which involve the use of technology, information and data to improve infrastructure and services within the city of Belagavi. BSCL now intends to select a Consultant to design and assist the Client in implementing the Smart Solutions Project through an intelligent city operations and management centre and to perform the Services.
The objective of the Project Management Consultant’s (PMC) is to provide strategic & project management assistance to BSCL for ensuring timely completion of projects and achieving the outcomes outlined in the Smart City Proposal (SCP), based on the Smart City Mission Guidelines.
The Assignment is phased as 1. Design Phase and 2. Implementation Phase
22-08-2016 is the last date for submission and later one consultant would be selected based on a rating scale of 100 points as earmarked by the MoUD.
One of the six shortlisted firms would be selected as the consultants for BSCL. The shortlist firms are Darashaw And Company Pvt Ltd
