Poems which speak about Belgaum

Here are two poems written about Belgaum.

The main essence of the poems are both similar and hence posted together.

Both the poems tell the story of Belgaum.

Sandeep Badavanache, in his poem “Ase ahe Garibanche Mahabelshwar” (Poor mans hill station) has referred AAB as “Kandil (Light of Hopes)” of development and I feel this is the only platform which can bring all Belgaumites united for development.

Rohan Kamat in his poem talks about the “be” which is used in speech only in Belgaum and Solapur. A great read indeed.
